AIDML is a technology company that specializes in artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The company provides predictive analytics, data mining, and natural language processing services to help businesses gain insights into their data and make more informed decisions. AIDML's solutions are used by companies in various industries, including healthcare, finance, and
e-commerce.
AIDML was experiencing slow growth in the EU as most of their current clientele is based in Africa and the middle-east. The company's sales team was primarily focused on closing deals generated from inbound marketing techniques, but there was no dedicated outbound sales team or BDR function. AIDML recognized the strong market potential of EU based clients and their inbound strategy wasn't yielding comparable results to their African/middle-eastern campaign.
Caption's team of experienced marketers began by conducting research to identify the target audience for AIDML's services. They used a variety of tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo, to create a list of potential customers based on their industry, company size, and other relevant factors.
Once the target audience was identified, Caption's SDR team began the outreach process. We sent personalised emails to potential customers, using tracking software to measure prospects engagement and effectively introducing AIDML's services and highlighting their unique value proposition, With a call to action. The data driven approach allows us to effectively monitor for 'weak links' in the sales process and refine until we've optimised the response, shortening the sales cycle. We then optimised their inbound lead gen strategy by designing an entirely new 'deep-dive' follow-up process, which increased their conversion rate by 74%.
