Mentimeter is an interactive presentation tool that enables presenters to engage their audience in real-time. It allows for the creation of visually appealing and interactive slides where participants can use their own devices to respond to polls, surveys, quizzes, and other activities. The results are displayed instantly on the presenter's screen, fostering engagement and interaction. Mentimeter is commonly used in education, corporate settings, and conferences to encourage audience participation and gather feedback.

Expanding into the UK posed challenges for Mentimeter due to the absence of an existing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to drive growth in the region. Due to experiencing significant international growth, they recognized the necessity of a capable partner to assist them in achieving their new business objectives and expanding effectively in the UK market.To overcome this obstacle, Mentimeter didn’t want to invest in recruiting and training a specialized SDR team in-house and were exploring alternative strategies like collaborating with local sales agencies. they sought a partner capable of promptly delivering highly qualified sales engagements and demo's to their key accounts throughout the UK region, specifically targeting Enterprise and Mid-market companies.This aspect was crucial for showcasing the capabilities and value of their offerings, further supporting the sales team in capturing the interest and trust of prospects growth.

To overcome the challenge of expanding into the UK without an internal SDR team, Mentimeter decided to partner with captions SDR function with a comprehensive strategy. We then handled various aspects, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, video messaging, email marketing and providing product demos. Caption deployed skilled sales professionals who are experienced in conducting effective phone conversations. They would engage with potential customers, deliver compelling pitches, and generate interest in Mentimeter's offerings. LinkedIn outreach involved leveraging our expertise in utilizing LinkedIn as a powerful networking and lead generation platform. Mentimeter agreed that Video messaging would be an impactful way to capture attention and convey Mentimeter's value proposition. and make a strong impression on potential customers. Additionally, Caption organized and delivered product demos. Our skilled salespeople conducted interactive and informative demos, showcasing Mentimeter's capabilities. These demos would serve as persuasive tools to build trust, generate excitement, and ultimately convert prospects into customers. By outsourcing these essential tasks to Caption, Mentimeter  benefited from the expertise in strategy development, execution, and tracking.
